Our Founder

From Lecture Hall to Transformation

I spent over 5 years as an MIS (Management Information Systems) lecturer at the University of Bamenda, Cameroon, teaching how information systems transform raw data into actionable information and intelligence.

One day, I realized: Stories are data. Memories are information. Visions are intelligence.

Years later, as a senior cybersecurity analyst at Abbott Laboratories, I decided to create DTS (DUSE Transformation Services) — bringing that same systematic rigor to personal and organizational storytelling.

Today, DTS has grown to seven transformation divisions, including our newest — the Voice Transformation Division — bringing AI voice agent technology to Central and West Africa through the CEMAC and ECOWAS regional markets.
